@root reply button default tags previous poster. Only way to reply normally is to go back to the top. ??
I like the tag feature but is there a way to have both ?
ie. reply button or reply to previous posterI know you can just delete the tagged posters. Or make reply default and manually tag poster if you want to.
This should be fixed now. Auto tag should only be on quotes, not on replies.
You can also manually tag someone like I am doing now with @whoey
I am working on a new treasury module now, and I thought I would share my discussion with the IA for your amusement.

Reply box is now at the bottom. Let me know if you had something different in mind....

@SteveC Thanks. Trying to get as much reminiscent of the old forum as possible. Some issues are easier than others.
Maybe when I finish the current frustration I'll see about adding our MTO specific smileys- I could use an "easy" win!
This is good , I was able to quote all of these, hide it, then went to another topic and they were all still here when I came back. So there is a clipboard kind of like the BF like I was asking about.

Do we need 2 logos and text at the top?
No we don't. That is there for now as a low priority until I can mess with it some more.
The top logo is there because that is part of the custom header to make the whole thing look like SMF.
The second logo is there because that's where NodeBB wants to put it.
Messing with the places NodeBB wants to put things is what killed the last build, so I figured two logos was better than none and I'd leave it for now.

Member info under avatars seems to be gone again. That's another thing I need to fix.

It sure looks like I broke a lot of things today, but it only looks that way because I did break a lot of things today.
Most of that was an effort to rewrite the code, clean it up and get rid of some redundancies. In doing so, a lot of stuff got rearranged and now I get to work on putting shit back where it was.
The good news is, cleaner, better arranged code will make it easier to fix the issues when something goes wrong in the future, which was the whole reason I broke everything today.
I'm packing it in for now and heading home. I may try to get more done later, otherwise this is what it's like until tomorrow.
